Gutter Clearing
Is the removal of blockages, debris, waste, moss, leaves from the outside up facing open gutters. We use a specially designed gutter vacuum system to undertake the cleaning from the ground. We use carbon fiber poles allowing us to reach 3 to 4 stories in height. The poles can have a CCTV surveying camera attached. This allows us to see our progress as they are cleared. We do not use ladders. This eliminates the risk of damage to your property. It also enables us to reach the gutters without scaffold in difficult locations.
Prevention
By regularly clearing gutters, you make sure that surface water from the roof can flow freely without obstruction. It travels along the gutters to down pipes and then to drains and soakaways. It’s not possible to say exactly how often yours should be cleaned. This depends on the surrounding and environmental conditions like trees, property shading, and birds. As a good sign from experience once every 24 months should be considered and adjusted from.

Cost
Our price starts at £85.00, the price is dependent on the property size and the amount of guttering present plus any extensions, conservatories etc.
In many cases a two, or three bed semi detached, terrace or detached property will be the £85.00
When you contact us for a quote, we will ask for your location. In many cases, we can use online street view and satellite image services from Google to give a quote. If this is not possible, we will happily arrange to come and visit to give a no obligation quote.
