Services
Before

This simple block pave patio was covered in lichen, moss, and weeds. All the joints were blocked with moss and weeds.
After

We used our flat surface cleaner with appropriate pressure. By increasing the flow of water, we cleaned this entire driveway within two hours. This restored the original colors and opened the joints to increase surface drainage. We also brushed in new kiln dry sand to the joints to guarantee structural integrity remains.
The process
A Process proven for customer satisfaction.
We have a proven ten step process to guarantee we get the greatest results from cleaning your surface for you.
- Application of glyphosate based weed killer 14 days in advance (if appropriate)
- Collect up any surface debris like leaves, heavy soils
- Apply degreaser to specific areas (oil leaks)
- Using high pressure and large volume pressure washer with attached flat surface cleaner wash down paving.
- Wash down entire area on low pressure
- “Cut in” the edges and particularly stubborn areas with turbo nozzle
- Final wash down, collect any water which has not drained away naturally.
- Apply Softwash biocides to help kill any stubborn lichen. This will also help prevent the return of algae spores for longer-term cleaning.
- Tidy away all tools, machines, cables, remove from site
- For block paving only, return in a few days when the surface is entirely dry. Then brush in new kiln dry sand to all the joints of the block paving.

THE KIT
